OUR MISSION

Behind the Scenes

Generation United aims to bring together the immigrant youth to form a connected community. In this united community, our goal is to provide opportunities for immigrants to express their uniqueness. We supply comfort and assistance to those experiencing cultural shock, academic struggles, and other challenges due to relocation by hosting fundraising, volunteering, and cultural events. Our volunteers promote a better quality of ESL programs by offering a more personalized approach. In addition, Generation United aims to expand access to basic necessities all over the world such as clothing, furniture, and food. Furthermore, Generation United creates a community within its structure; in place of a hierarchy, we establish one team in which volunteers can experience leadership and acquire skills through the direct operation of Generation United. Thus, we seek to involve our volunteers in our community by offering leadership opportunities that allow them to learn about management, marketing, and finance.  Our overarching mission is to provide opportunities for the immigrant youth in different aspects of their life including academics, mental health, language and ethnicity.
